Help us promote sustainability by uploading them to our International Zero Waste Platform. Funds collected by selling those items will be donated to charity, making a positive impact.

Anyone can donate the item(s) they no longer want or use by filling out this Google form.

The one who donates an item becomes “the Seller” for the auction.

Donated items are then uploaded to our #PlumeStrong Zero Waste platform by the #PlumeStrong team, and the auction begins.

Donated items stay in the auction for up to two weeks (if the item is not sold, the auction is extended for another week).

Item description must specify the condition of the items, using the definitions provided on the website (provided A - new, unused, B - in great condition, used a few times, C - in good condition, used, D - still works, there are signs of usage, E - vintage/not working, but a nice piece), and contain the contact information of the Seller and their geographic location. Both are visible to everyone who visits the site. We encourage local participation to avoid shipping charges, duties or taxes, issues with customs, and ease of the transaction.

The one who bids the highest amount for the item wins the item and therefore becomes “the Buyer”. The “Buyer” assumes the responsibility and costs of shipping, taxes, and other costs—which is why local participation is easier and is highly encouraged.

After the auction ends, the Buyer receives a push email confirming the win, and the Buyer needs to contact the Seller within 5 (five) business days, so they can agree on how the item should be handed over.

If a #PSCC24 applicant donates an item the amount raised in the auction is added to the funds raised on their Rider’s Pledges profile on Givergy.

Please note that the idea behind this platform, apart from charitable endeavors, is sustainability, and we strongly recommend buying the products locally to minimize any unnecessary costs and avoid packaging, shipping, and additional environmental impact.
